Our quality assurance system operates across three stages: source verification, in-process quality control, and pre-shipment laboratory testing. Every batch is checked. Every shipment is documented. Nothing reaches your port based on assumption or a supplier’s word alone.

Laboratory testing
What we test — and why it matters to you.
Physical Testing
We check what you can see — grain length and uniformity, moisture content, bulk density, percentage of broken grains, and absence of foreign matter. If the spec says 8.35mm grain length and <2% broken, that's exactly what the shipment contains.
Chemical Analysis
We verify the active compounds that determine commercial value: curcumin in turmeric, volatile oil in black pepper, ASTA color in chilli, purity and oil content in sesame seeds. Plus testing for pesticide residues and heavy metals — mandatory for EU and US market entry.
Microbiological Safety
We test for Salmonella, E. coli, and total yeast and mold counts. Our spices are steam-sterilized — a natural, chemical-free process that eliminates bacterial loads without damaging the product's volatile oils or natural color.
