Frequently asked questions.
Real answers to the questions buyers ask before they place their first order
Yes — completely. We offer turnkey private labeling that includes custom packaging design, label artwork compliant with destination-country regulations (Arabic labeling for the Middle East, EU labeling for European buyers, etc.), and multiple packaging formats from 1 kg retail pouches to 50 kg bulk sacks and IBC tanks for oils. MOQs are flexible — we work with emerging brands on trial batches as well as established distributors on full container loads.
MOQ varies by product category and packaging format. For bulk commodities like rice, pulses, and grains, MOQ is typically one FCL (Full Container Load — roughly 25 MT). For value-added or privately labeled products, smaller trial orders may be arranged. Share your product and volume requirement and we'll confirm the applicable MOQ along with your quote.
Yes. Our sourcing network spans India's agricultural regions comprehensively. If you have a specific commodity, variety, or specification not listed on our site, send us the details and we'll assess availability and pricing. We source and verify before confirming — no false promises.
Yes, samples are available on request for most product categories. Sample availability and any associated courier costs vary by product. Contact us with your requirements and we'll arrange samples along with the relevant specification sheet, Certificate of Analysis, and test reports.
We export across the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Europe. We work with importers, distributors, wholesalers, food processing companies, retail brands, and the HoReCa sector across these regions. If you're in a market not listed — contact us. We can assess export feasibility for any destination.
Every batch goes through a three-stage quality assurance process. First, physical testing — moisture content, grain size, foreign matter, and broken percentage. Second, chemical analysis — verifying active compounds (curcumin, volatile oils, ASTA color ratings), and testing for pesticide residues and heavy metals. Third, microbiological safety testing — Salmonella, E. coli, and yeast/mold counts. Products only ship after passing all three stages.
We are APEDA registered, Spice Board certified, Coffee Board registered, FSSAI licensed, and ISO 22000 and HACCP compliant. We also hold IEC, CIN, GST, and MSME registrations, with phytosanitary and fumigation certification for every shipment. Certificate documents are available on our Quality & Compliance page, and we're happy to share them directly on request.
Yes — end to end. We manage sourcing, processing, packaging, freight booking, and a complete documentation package for every shipment. This includes the Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Analysis, phytosanitary and fumigation certificates, EUDR Due Diligence Statements (for EU coffee buyers), and any destination-specific import permits.
We work with internationally recognized trade payment instruments including Letter of Credit (LC at sight or usance), Telegraphic Transfer (TT — typically a 30% advance with the balance against shipping documents), and Documents against Payment (DP) for established relationships. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of contract on a per-order basis.
Every shipment is independently inspected and lab-tested before dispatch, with the Certificate of Analysis shared in advance. In the rare event of a quality concern at destination, we follow standard international trade practice — joint independent surveyor inspection, documented findings, and a transparent resolution that protects both parties. Our long-term reputation depends on getting this right.
